RANKING IMPROVEMENTS

Improving the average rank of your target keywords is the best way to increase organic traffic. Google shows 10 organic listings per page, and a higher rank means higher Click-through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates.

What Does This Mean?

In a perfect world, we’d like our business to be Rank 1 on the Search Engine Results Page (SERP) for all our target keywords. It’s not uncommon to see results from your SEO strategy after over a year or more of work. The average improvement of 23.3% over 3 months is a major accomplishment.

Using a position based attribution model, we are able to calculate that SEO generated leads contributed to 121 leases signed. This generated a net income of $303,563.66 for SEO leads. This gives us a return on investment ratio of 69.05

After We Took Over, These Are The Results We Saw:

The Gates at Rexburg had limited PPC experience with poor results. We restructured the account and implemented best practices to see immediate results. From there, a regular account optimization schedule allowed us to fine tune our results to drive a very good return on ad spend (ROAS).

Click Through Rate

Click-through rate is the ratio of users who click on a specific link to the number of total users who view an ad.

Conversion Rate

Conversion rate optimization is the process of increasing the percentage of users or website visitors to take a desired action.

ROAS (RETURN ON AD SPEND)

In 2021 PPC campaigns contributed to the filling of 109 of the 612 beds at The Gates at Rexburg. Our PPC campaigns generated a Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 11.35. In addition, we used the net operating income of the property in lieu of total revenue to generate this ROAS, which means the ROAS shown is in terms of pure profit after expenses have been taken out. This means that for every dollar in ad spend on Google Ads, the property generated $11.35 in profit after expenses.

WHY DOES THIS MATTER?

Google Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising is one of the quickest ways to drive traffic and revenue. Many businesses think that because the interface is user friendly they will be able to generate great results. The truth is, the average ROAS of all PPC campaigns is around 2. With our marketing strategy we are able to over 5.5x that average ROAS.
